SMH I want to salvage what Brittanie and I have left, but I always do something wrong.
Yet, somehow she always finds a way to not only be right. But be the chief official on all matters. I just want her to say “im shouldn’t have done that, I’m sorry.” And then make up for what occurred and try to not do it again. But when I ask for that. I either get one or the other.
Can’t get both.

I want someone I can get lost with. Someone who doesn’t just “know me” or has “learned me” but someone who respects me.
Someone who trusts me.
Someone who doesn’t act as if she is to good for me, but knows her worth and how she should be treated.
Someone who knows when to push back and when to stay calm.
Someone who supports my decisions, and voices her own.
I don’t want a pet.
Something cuddley that you control and dictate to.
I want a companion. Someone who time flies with
Days are short with.
And even when rough patches come, for they always do.
They hold my hand and face them with me. Not behind me or in front of me but with me.
Not because I don’t need support or because I can’t be protected.
But at my side so that we face them together as one. But more importantly…
At my side because that’s truly how God intended.
I want someone I can get lost with.
